We have had a fabulous experience with Swenson Orthodontics. The office staff has bent over backwards for us multiple times. We had one time when we were coming back from a Pioneer Trek and needed to get in right away, and they got us in. I had another time where I underestimated how long the visit would take and had another appointment scheduled --and they overlapped. I said I would cancel the other appointment and they told me they would do all they could to get me out on time. Which they did. It was my mistake, but they went out of their way to make it work for me. They have been honest and upfront with me about costs and what my son needed. I felt completely confident in his treatment.

I have 2 kids that have gone through braces with Dr. Swenson and after seeing their results I knew it was my turn. I love the staff! I feel like I am with my best friends when I go to an appointment, everyone is so genuine and almost as excited for my straight teeth as I am. Dr. Swenson always answers my questions and is so good about telling me exactly what is going to happen. I can't say enough good things about this office. They are truly spectacular. As an adult getting braces for the first time, I could not have asked for a better experience at Swenson Orthodontics. The entire staff was nothing but helpful and friendly. Dr Swenson even called me the day after getting my braces on to see how I was doing. Never had that from a doctor before.

This is the second orthodontic practice our son has worked with, as we moved in between phase one and two. Hands down, Swenson was the winner! The office staff is so great to work with--they genuinely want to help you figure out scheduling problems and any concerns. Dr. Swenson came in on a Saturday (during the World Cup, no less) to fix a problem since we were headed out of town on vacation. We have been very happy with the Swenson experience.

We love everything about Swenson Orthodontics. The Friendly Staff and Dr. Swenson make each visit comfortable. I feel like we can ask questions and get answers. They have a very nice office and very clean. I love the results. My older two boys have beautiful, handsome smiles. My daughter is on her way with braces right now. Just today my youngest got his first phase of braces on. We wouldn't go any where else.

the doctor and staff are great! i love the layout of the office and the decor is contemporary and very soothing.. so organized and relaxing. we love all the use of technology with the self check in and the new point system. this office is always current on what is fun for kids and teens. so happy with our choice to use swenson for our families orthodontic needs.
