As an adult getting braces, Swenson Orthodontics, has been amazing. I love everything about them. Friendly and courteous staff, upfront about costs and great with payment plans, and awesome at helping with scheduling conflicts. I would highly recommend Swenson orthodontics to my friends and family. Since going myself, my sister has joined the Swenson family and my kids will be going too! They make you feel welcome and a part of the family!!
When looking for an orthodontist, we heard nothing but good things about Dr. Swenson and his staff. After meeting with him for the first time, we couldn't be more pleased. The office is very organized and comfortable. My son was well taken care of and received top notch service. We will definitely be bringing all of our kids to Dr. Swenson for any orthodontic care.
We have had a fabulous experience with Swenson Orthodontics. The office staff has bent over backwards for us multiple times. We had one time when we were coming back from a Pioneer Trek and needed to get in right away, and they got us in. I had another time where I underestimated how long the visit would take and had another appointment scheduled --and they overlapped. I said I would cancel the other appointment and they told me they would do all they could to get me out on time. Which they did. It was my mistake, but they went out of their way to make it work for me. They have been honest and upfront with me about costs and what my son needed. I felt completely confident in his treatment.
We love Swenson Orthodontics! The entire staff is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We have been very pleased so far. My daughter loves the coins and watching the movies on the ceiling. :)
